Bob founded H&A more than 30 years ago to provide comprehensive financial advice and investment and wealth management services that help people pursue their wealth goals. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with management to establish long-term goals, strategies, plans, and policies. He also plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs, and evaluates H&A’s fiscal functions and performance.

Bob is a Wealth Advisor and the primary manager of all client relationships at H&A, managing existing client relationships and formulating and implementing financial strategies and advice.

Prior to founding H&A, Bob began his career with Advest, Inc. in 1987. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Edinboro University. He is routinely published on investment and wealth management topics.

Robert “Casey” Gibb, CFP®

Casey Gibb is a Wealth Advisor and Managing Director of Financial Planning at H&A. He has spent more than two decades with H&A and specializes in retirement income planning. He works to develop and implement financial plans that are specific to each client, as well as to their unique goals and objectives.

Prior to his work at H&A, he had 10 years of financial advisory work experience with Pittsburgh-based Federated Investors.

Casey is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), a designation he has held since 1989. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics.

Casey enjoys spending time with his family, indoor cycling, and improving his golf game. He spends a lot of his time with his dog, Beau, who enjoys taking Casey for walks.

Bernard Carter, CFA® CFP®

As head of the H&A Investment Committee, Bernard leads the firm’s investment and portfolio management disciplines. He is responsible for the design and due diligence of the firm’s investment strategies, including asset allocation, risk management, and security selection.

Since joining the firm in 2012, Bernard has held several investment-related roles, including Investment Strategist. Bernard believes that every client should have a clear understanding of how their assets are invested, as well as the exact role their investment portfolio plays within their overall financial plan.

Bernard has more than 20 years of financial industry experience, including 13 years as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Washington and Jefferson College. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA® Society of Pittsburgh. He also holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.

Christina is a Wealth Advisor and Managing Director of Business Development at H&A. She works with clients in managing their wealth to pursue their financial goals. Christina also works with fellow advisors at H&A to develop financial plans and situational analyses for clients. In addition to wealth management and financial planning, Christina leads the marketing and business development efforts at H&A.

Christina believes a straightforward, honest approach with clients helps them better understand their wealth management and how it relates to their goals. Most importantly, Christina is passionate about the connections and relationships that are built with clients of H&A and in making a meaningful impact in their lives.

Christina’s entire nine-year career in finance has been with H&A. She worked part-time at H&A throughout high school and college, transitioning to full-time after she graduated from Duquesne University in 2014.

Christina started out in office administration, then transitioned to client services before becoming a licensed advisor and working directly with clients. Throughout these transitions, she has developed an intimate understanding of all levels and aspects of the industry, which helps her tremendously in her work with clients today.
Christina is a licensed advisor and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne.

Bobby Hapanowicz

Bobby is a Wealth Advisor at H&A. He works in investment analysis and is responsible for investment strategy operations, as well as portfolio trading. Bobby enjoys the opportunity to get to know clients on a more personal level through working with fellow advisors in the financial planning process for clients.

Through this work, Bobby has come to believe that the right planning process can be empowering in one’s pursuit of their life goals.

Bobby has spent the entirety of his post-graduate career at H&A. While in college, he spent three summers working part-time as an associate of the firm, performing office administration and client service-related duties.

Bobby is a licensed advisor and maintains FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Managerial Economics, with a concentration in Communication Arts, from Allegheny College.

Ryan Blodgett

Director of Operations, Retirement Plan Services

Ryan Blodgett is the Director of Operations, Retirement Plan Services at H&A. Ryan is responsible for maintaining operational productivity and efficiency throughout the office. His focus at H&A revolves around ensuring and maintaining compliance and providing outstanding client service. In his oversight of H&A operations, he continuously interacts with vendors, as well as LPL Financial. He also manages the administration of H&A’s qualified retirement plans.

Ryan believes that the strongest relationships develop by doing whatever it takes to make clients’ lives a little easier, and by always going the extra mile.

Ryan has more than 18 year of experience in financial operations, servicing both retail and institutional clients. Prior to working with H&A, Ryan worked for BNY Mellon as a manager in Asset Servicing.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington and Jefferson College.

Stephanie Bracken, FPQP™

Stephanie is the Director of First Impressions at H&A. She works with clients and advisors to schedule meetings, construct client financial plans and, much like her title suggests, helps to make a great first impression for H&A.

Stephanie believes in providing excellent client service and helping others pursue their financial goals.

Prior to working with H&A, she gained experience in customer service by working at Nordstrom.

Stephanie received the Emerging Leaders leadership certification from the University of Pittsburgh. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, with minors in Chemistry and Theatre Arts, from the University of Pittsburgh.

She also holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP™) designation.

Nima Sherpa works as the Administrative Assistant, where he ensures that clients are well-served and H&A advisors are provided with resources to help clients pursue their goals. He believes that every client should be treated the way you would want to be treated.

Nima received an Associate Degree in Math and Science from the Community College of Allegheny County. Prior to H&A, he worked in customer service at the Rivers Club.
